Rossio Plaza Hotel - Lisbon

The room was modern and immaculate, but the sewer odor was a lingering issue. Despite this, the surprise sparkling wine for our anniversary was a lovely touch that really made our stay special.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with bathroom as well as a great view and that's great!

excellent central base for city exploration and parks

I loved the central location of my stay, as it allowed me to easily stroll to iconic spots like rossio square just a few steps away and the charming church of sao roque, both of which added so much character to my weekend. The clean and modern facilities kept me comfortable throughout my stay, although the room was a bit small for my liking.

recently refurbished and lovely hotel in a top position in the centre of lisbon. breakfast with cheese, omelette plus an awesome view. top-class and helpful stuffs, gave a few recommendations. location not far from restaurants and the old...  

Our family had a lovely 2-night stay in a comfy room with modern facilities, and we even enjoyed the rooftop pool. It was nice to relax by the poolside with live music one evening and catch a movie in the cozy lounge. The only hiccup was our room being a bit dark because it faced another building, but it was peaceful and we could keep the window open all night. 😄

The Standard Double or Twin Room was cozy and had a nice vibe, especially with a view of Rossio Plaza. The decor was modern and the space felt well-maintained. Plus, the soundproof windows really did the trick. It was quiet despite being in a busy area. That said, the room was a bit tight for two, and I'd have preferred more seating options. A comfortable stay!

My room not only offered a cozy ambiance but also a lovely view of the vibrant Rossio plaza, bringing life right to my window. The staff were great, provided personalized tips and even surprise gestures....  

The common areas of Rossio Plaza Hotel exuded modern elegance, with clean lines and cute decor. I appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features.

More seating options in the lobby would be ideal.

The Rossio Plaza showcased perfect service, where a glass of Port Wine and a pastel de nata were offered. The staff was attentive to my requests, and the view from my room overlooking Rossio Plaza was fine....  

Noise from external sources, like buskers and street activity, might disturb your peace, especially if you're in a lower level room or prefer a quiet stay. Breakfast was served in a compact space, and the staff had limited room for food preparation right next door, impacting the overall breakfast experience.

Accessible layout, modern decor, excellent cleaning standards

The room size in the annex building felt cramped!!! A lingering sewage smell throughout the hotel was not ideal and certainly detracted from the experience!!! The steep stairs to the annex could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues!!!
